The maximum limit for the inclination angle of a general flat conveyor belt for transporting materials is approximately 22 degrees. When a reliable conveyor belt is needed for transportation at larger inclination angles, sometimes exceeding 30 degrees or even up to 40 degrees, a conveyor belt with patterned raised cover rubber is the best choice, as it can prevent sliding during the transportation process.
